MyCointainer, a platform for crypto staking, today announced closing its $6 million seed funding round. Co-leading the seed round was Mapleblock, Shima Capital, and Bybit, a popular crypto exchange.
Additionally, a myriad of angel investors participated in the round including CoinList, Circle, and Polygon. ConsenSys, Near, 1inch, Algorand, Polkadot, dY/dX, Casper Labs, Mina, Ankr, and Enjin also pitched in. Their support enhances MyCointainer’s potential and sets up collaboration for future projects.
The company will use the funds to develop its yield-earning platform. MyCointainer will look to improve its current B2B product suite and expand its reach in Europe, Asia, the Middle East. Lastly, MyCointainer will grow its team (currently with over 40 employees) by hiring across different business functions.

MyCointainer’s platform enables users to stake cryptocurrencies and tokens with ease. Users can start with just 1 EUR and choose from more than 100 crypto-assets, including Polkadot, Cardano, and Elrond. Aside from blockchain protocol staking rewards, users can earn through delegations.
