The country of Thailand is getting a new cryptocurrency exchange starting operations soon with the launch of JIBEX. The new exchange will become the country’s third crypto asset exchange operated locally after Bitcoin Co Ltd Thailand’s bx.in.th and the smaller Thai Digital Asset Exchange (TDAX).
The exchange is owned by JIB Computer Group Co Ltd with information technology expert Thuntee Sukchorat listed as CEO and notable shareholder.
JIBEX is initially providing only wallet services during the first phase of operations before they expand to include additional trading features. Those who are interested to invest in blockchain assets can open an account now.
New users who sign up by April 30th will get zero trading fees for 45 days. The company says exchange service is scheduled to begin in June 2018.
JIBEX also has a plan in place to provide Robo Advisory, Wealth Management, and intelligence based on social and big data at a later stage.
