I. Content Guidelines
Press releases must contain Newsworthy content or announcements. The content of the press release must be related to Blockchain or cryptocurrency topics. If the company issuing the announcement is not directly involved in the crypto industry, the submission must clearly explain how the news is relevant to blockchain, digital assets, or related technologies.
Press releases must present Factual and verifiable information and use objective language. If more than one company is referenced in a press release, the submitting party must confirm that Authorization has been obtained from each referenced organization.
Press releases must include Up-to-date information about the issuing company, including media contact details and an official company description. A maximum of Two articles about the same project may be published per day, with no more than Five articles per client per day.
CryptoNinjas follows Google’s policies regarding Site reputation abuse and spam content. Submissions targeting repetitive commercial keywords, such as large-scale listicles or speculative price prediction pages, will not be accepted.
Submitted content may be Edited for clarity, formatting, and policy compliance before publication. Certain types of sponsored content may remain indexed on search engines for a limited time. After that period, they may be set to no-index. Examples include:

II. Style Guidelines
- Keep Headlines under 80 characters.
- Keep the Summary or meta description under 150 characters.
- Keep press release copy Under 1,000 words, including the title, summary, and company description.
- Press releases must be written in Clear English without spelling or grammar errors. Acronyms must be explained on first reference.
- Only links to the Official website of the issuing organization and the company’s Official X (formerly Twitter) account are permitted.
- Quotes must be placed in Quotation marks with proper attribution, including the speaker’s name, title, and organization.
- Content must be written in Third-person perspective.
- Non-standard formatting such as Tables, forced line breaks, HTML tags, or unusual characters should not be included.

IV. Plagiarism and AI Policy
