Millennial Title to use Ubitquity's crypto settlement solution for real estate

Ubitquity, a blockchain-secured platform for real estate and title recordkeeping, today announced that it has teamed up with Millennial Title and its affiliate Encrypted Estates for its SmartEscrow solution.

SmartEscrow Contracts act as an autonomous intermediary, automatically executing based on the instructions given by the parties to the transaction.

Millennial Title has grown from its first office opening in Tampa in 2015; to seven locations today. The company is licensed in 23 states and with the ability to coordinate closings in all 50 states.
