The team of Internxt, creators of X Cloud, a zero-knowledge file storage service, today announced release of the desktop version. It is now available for macOS, Linux, and Windows.

With X Cloud Desktop, users can upload files as large as they’d like, have them sync automatically, and can open them instantly. The Internxt team expects X Cloud Desktop to become the most widely used app within its ecosystem. This ecosystem also includes X Cloud Web, and Mobile versions.

“With these major improvements, X Cloud’s full product suite is now available. We encourage you to start making the switch to X Cloud from Dropbox, Tresorit, Sync, Mega, pCloud…Our user experience is solid, we provide incomparable 24/7 support in Spanish and English, and our levels of privacy protection and care for the environment are unbeatable. You can start with our 2GB completely free plan, and if you ever decide to upgrade to one of our bigger plans, you can do so for free for a whole month…”
