Today, the team of altcoin focused cryptocurrency exchange CoinExchange.io today announced it has decided to close down.
Trading and deposits will be suspended starting on October 15th, 2019. All users should cease any deposit and trade activity as soon as possible.
As with Nova Exchange last week which also informed it will shut down, the CoinExchange.io team said, “…this was a business decision and there has not been a security breach or any other type of incident. Unfortunately, it is no longer economically viable for us to continue offering market services. The costs of providing the required level of security and support now outweigh our earnings.”

The CoinExchange.io website and withdrawals will remain operational until December 1st, 2019. The exchange is suggesting users remove all their funds by this date, and find other ways to buy bitcoin.
