bitFlyer, a bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchange licensed to operate in the US, EU, and Japan, today announced that Ethereum (ETH) is now available on bitFlyer USA.
Users in all 46 states where the exchange operates can now buy, sell, store, and receive ETH on the platform.
Ethereum allows for both smart contracts as well as distributed applications (DApps) to be built on top of it. The native token used on the Ethereum blockchain is called Ether.
The bitFlyer team informed that in the coming weeks, they are planning on adding more coins and product updates. Last month, the exchange integrated a new quick buy/sell bitcoin feature.
