Athena Blockchain, a tokenized investment company, announced today that BlockTower Capital Partners LP has entered into a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to invest in Athena Blockchain and that its CIO, Ari Paul, is serving as an advisor to the company. The LOI contains binding terms of a transaction through which BlockTower agrees to become a capital partner of Athena Blockchain and to provide advisory services to Athena Blockchain.
BlockTower will make a capital investment in Athena Blockchain for an undisclosed amount. The LOI and its terms are binding, subject to entering into a definitive agreement between the parties containing specific signing and closing terms.

Back in August 2018, Athena Blockchain entered into a Joint Venture with 303 Alternatives, LLC a FINRA regulated broker-dealer, to provide compliant structuring and placement of tokenized securities. The partnership enabled Athena Blockchain to expand its capabilities and provide compliant investment banking and structuring to the marketing and placement of tokenized investment products by operating under the oversight of the SEC and FINRA.
Athena Blockchain is the expansion of Athena Bitcoin, the company first established to provide OTC bitcoin and cryptocurrency ATM services.
