Circle Invest adds support for EOS, Stellar (XLM), 0x (ZRX) and Qtum

Circle Internet Financial, the digital payment and crypto service company announced today that it has added four new assets to Circle Invest – EOS, Stellar, 0x, and Qtum.

This brings the number of crypto assets on the Circle Invest platform to 11. It now supports bitcoin (BTC), ethereum (ETH), bitcoin cash (BCH), ethereum classic (ETC), litecoin (LTC), Zcash (ZEC), monero (XMR), and today’s new additions.

These new assets can be bought individually or as part of a “Buy the Market” feature which lets users acquire a diversified crypto portfolio in a single tap on the app.

The four assets were selected based on their potential to contribute powerful infrastructure to the broader crypto ecosystem. The company applied its Circle Asset Framework to make this determination.

The Circle team said:

“As we introduce new crypto assets, we also recognize the need to educate our customers and bring clarity to this fascinating, yet complex asset class. We see an opportunity to shed light on the goals of each crypto project, the role of the crypto asset within the project and on what gives each crypto asset value.”

“We are taking the first step in this direction through the introduction of ‘Explore’ a new feature in Circle Invest that will give contextual, relevant information on the various aspects of crypto. Accompanied with our simple user experience, this easy to understand content will serve to further our mission of bringing crypto mainstream.”

Circle Internet Financial now includes Circle Invest, a user-friendly crypto wallet and exchange; Circle Pay, a P2P payment app; Poloniex, a major crypto and altcoin exchange acquired this year; and Circle Trade, a crypto OTC desk.
