Mindfire and SingularityNET form partnership to unite leading minds in human-level AI

The Mindfire Foundation, a Swiss non-profit which is uniting the best AI talents globally to create human-like artificial intelligence, and SingularityNET, a full-stack AI solution powered by a decentralized protocol, today announced a strategic partnership to attract the best talents and to strengthen the long-term AI capabilities of both networks.

The collaboration between SingularityNET and Mindfire will focus on three key areas including 1. Talent) develop a talent pool of the leading minds in AI-relevant disciplines; 2. AI Services) build a decentralized marketplace for AI services; and 3. AI Education) implementation of practical courses and lectures in artificial intelligence (AI) and its business applications.

Another potential area of collaboration lies in the tokenized environments of both, SingularityNET and Mindfire. Here the focus will be on exchangeability of both tokens and the further development of SingularityNET’s decentralized protocol.

“We are thrilled about the partnership with SingularityNET. We cannot achieve real progress in AI as long as we don’t understand the principles that underlie intelligence. The combined talent pool of SingularityNET and Mindfire will foster the understanding of intelligence and apply the learnings in the development of AI services and educational programs.”

Pascal Kaufmann, Founder and President of the Mindfire Foundation

Strengthening the Networks for the Long-term

The partnership between SingularityNET and the Mindfire Foundation will grow the talent pool of both entities and increase the productivity not only of AI services but also of the number of relevant insights in human-level artificial intelligence.

“On my visit to Mindfire in Davos earlier this year I was deeply impressed by the quality of developers and researchers they had brought together, and also by their team’s dedication to the missions of understanding the human mind and brain and creating human-level artificial intelligence. The Mindfire token model is interestingly crafted to foster the creation of a productive community of brilliant minds working on critical AI and neuroscience problems from both a practical and a theoretical perspective… Bringing the Mindfire community and model together with the SingularityNET community and model has a strong potential to accelerate progress toward our mutual goals of understanding and realizing intelligence… Plus I figure this partnership will give me a reason to visit Davos more often!”

Next Steps

As the teams start developing the long-collaboration, Mindfire and SingularityNET now collaboratively launch a call for applications for Mindfire Mission-2 and Mission-3. Mindfire also announced the publication date of a completely revised white paper: August 15, 2018. The newly revised Mindfire White Paper will detail the key functionality of the ERC20 token, MFT, and elaborate on Mindfire’s business model as well as outline the Mindfire token sale including a rewards campaign.

“We believe that giving back ownership of Mindfire to the community will ensure the program benefits all stakeholders.”

Mindfire Token

The Mindfire Foundation has already collaborated with more than 100 Mindfire Talents and experts and developers ties to more than 50 organizations and institutions. To make sure Mindfire works on behalf of everyone, the Mindfire Foundation will launch a private sale of the Mindfire Token mid-August and hold a public sale in November 2018. The Mindfire token sale will provide the opportunity for anyone to support the research on the foundational principles which make up human intelligence.
