Registration opens for NYC blockchain accelerator program by Alchemist and Techstars

Today, applications for the Alchemist Blockchain Techstars Accelerator officially opened, the program will start in February 2019.  Alchemist Group, a full-service blockchain advisory firm specializing in token sales and product development of blockchain apps formed an exclusive partnership with Techstars, a worldwide network of accelerators that helps entrepreneurs succeed.

The program will be run by Alchemist’s Steven Nerayoff, an expert in global blockchain and inventor and legal architect for the Ethereum ICO and Yossi Hasson managing director at Techstars, along with other mentors and experts from both companies.

The Alchemist Blockchain Techstars Accelerator is a three-month mentorship program will focus on blockchain infrastructure and protocol development, cryptocurrencies, security, and distributed applications in finance, IoT, education, real estate, retail, insurance, energy, health and wellness and more. The accelerator program will address challenges that blockchain founders face when trying to build and scale their blockchain business as well as give them access to expert mentors.

The program will help entrepreneurs gain access to expertise in the rapidly growing cryptocurrency and blockchain sector. Selected companies will not only benefit from resources from Techstars and Alchemist’s ecosystem but will also have the opportunity to work closely with leading market players in the blockchain industry.

Selected participants will receive a $120,000 investment, access to the Techstars network of over 5,000 founders, alumni, and mentors, and 400 perks worth over US$1 million to develop their ideas. They will also have access to mentor support from top executives from Alchemist and other key players and business partners of Alchemist.
