BitQuick reintroduces its Bitcoin Compliance API

BitQuick, a US instant buying and selling Bitcoin marketplace has relaunched its Compliance API. Initially released in 2015, it allows state and federally regulated businesses to access customer data in order to remain compliant and fulfill their policy obligations. This API is exclusive to BitQuick and allows users to continue to trade uninterrupted in a peer-to-peer fashion. With the API, accessing relevant data means simply logging into the BitQuick compliance panel where users will be provided with the data.

User data is only shared with MSBs using the Compliance API, as well as other approved parties outlined in the BitQuick privacy policy. User data is never sold or used for commercial purposes. BitQuick acts as a trusted escrow provider and intermediary for all trades.

To sign up for the compliance program, users will need to provide information about their FinCEN registration number and policy information before being approved.
