Due to demand from many customers, Japan-based bitcoin exchange BTCBOX has announced they will open a “special window” for large-volume trading customers starting in October of this year.
The exchange plans to create the tentatively named “Premium Club” as a separate segment for large trading clients to subscribe to and become a premium member with special privileges.
From October 1st, 2017 clients are eligible to become premium members under these conditions:
- Customers with a payment amount of 30 million yen or more.
- Customers with 100 BTC or more in their accounts.
- Transaction volume above the amount of 100 BTC.
In addition, BTCBOX will provide one-on-one consultation on general cryptocurrency questions by a dedicated number or chat window. Also, the company will provide real-time correspondence for the withdrawal of bitcoins plus roundtable discussions on the bitcoin ecosystem for knowledge sharing.
The names “Premium Club” and “Premium Member” are currently tentative, as BTCBOX plans to officially release the names of this dedicated service in September.
